Salary

The salary package for this role includes a competitive hourly rate of $42.01-$59.13 per hour, plus superannuation. This is comparable to the salary offered to state primary school teachers and reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of early childhood education.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

You will have the opportunity to ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. You will build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved). You will also need to hold a current Early Childhood VIT (Provisional or Full) and First Aid qualification.
