Job Description:

Territory Sales Manager role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Companion Animal Health industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with veterinarians, vet nurses, store managers, and wholesalers
  • Provide expert advice and training to customers on our products
  • Utilize customer insights and data to tailor sales approaches and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Promote products through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in business or science (desired)
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive customer engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using digital tools
