Job Description:
Territory Sales Manager role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Companion Animal Health industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with veterinarians, vet nurses, store managers, and wholesalers
- Provide expert advice and training to customers on our products
- Utilize customer insights and data to tailor sales approaches and deliver value-driven solutions
- Promote products through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in business or science (desired)
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive customer engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using digital tools
