Software Development Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software development coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for guiding our software development teams in their daily work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Removing blockers and managing interdependencies between teams.
  • Encouraging transparency, inspection, adaptation, and continuous improvement.
  • Driving Agile rituals and ceremonies.

Requirements:

  • Managed mid-sized development teams in an agile environment.
  • Implemented agile ways of working across multiple teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including risk tracking and issue resolution.

Additional information:
