- Writing maintainable, secure, scalable, performance, and well-tested code
- Providing guidance on the latest API technology advances to inform product designs
- Contributing to code reviews, automation improvements, and best practices for faster secure delivery
- Participating in agile project delivery, including planning, user story refinement, and interacting with stakeholders
- Establishing ongoing standards and control mechanisms for high-quality, extensible, maintainable, and stable software
- Mentoring less experienced developers to develop the team and push forward best practices
- Ownership of technical implementation of solution design, API modeling, and mapping
- Alignment with coding standards within the squad
- Alignment with Chapter Lead to define coding standards and processes
- Alignment with Principal Engineer to support the platform backlog
- Working with Principal Engineer on design, estimates, and delivery of programs
