About the Role

This role is responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a strong client network.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed commercial valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills, and a strong commitment to professional development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
