About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and services to achieve and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, control systems, and PLC faults, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on the plant, reviewing results and continuously improving.
  • Collaborate with operations to continually improve machine performance.
  • Ensure breakdowns are addressed in a safe and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Qualified electrician with a current NSW electrical license.
  • Sound mechanical skills.
  • Good understanding of PLC programs and systems (Allen Bradley, Omron).
  • Resource management – Contractors, quoting, sourcing spares (both electrical and mechanical).
