Certified Accounting Trainer and Educator

**InspireEd Academy** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Accounting Trainer and Educator to deliver high-quality training services in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
Job Overview:We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional teaching skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences for students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (FNS40222) in accordance with course curriculum and industry standards.
- Create and maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment results, and attendance in line with RTO policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, providing timely feedback and support to ensure their successful completion of the program.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, industry practices, and training requirements to ensure course content remains relevant and compliant.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
- Relevant qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping (e.g., CERT IV, Diploma or higher).
- Strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping standards, MYOB/Xero, and related practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
This is a casual/contract position ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys working with students across diverse backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team of educators and trainers.
**Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
