About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote personal growth and development.">
  • Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.">
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.">
  • Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.">

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent.">
  • Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements.">
  • Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.">
  • Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.">
  • Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.">
  • Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.">
  • Availability for 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.">
