Travel Industry Liaison Specialist

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face (virtual) and over-the-phone exceptional service to our internal and external clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with loan applications, reviewing and performing credit unsuitability assessments, and ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and accurate.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with loan application or in a finance-based role
- Excellent communication skills, including phone manner, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to communicate with internal and external parties in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred but not essential
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and KPIs as set by the Team Leader
- Proven skills in attention to detail and accuracy of work produced
- Sound ability in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to work as a team player, be supportive of co-workers, and contribute to a positive working environment
