We are seeking a seasoned payroll expert to lead our team's end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 300 employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex payroll operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless payroll execution.

  • Take sole ownership of end-to-end payroll processes, including audit and management of payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and achieve business objectives.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end payroll and confident in running payroll departments for 300+ employees.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear, professional communication and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
