About the Role

Bendon Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to lead our retail sales team at MYER store locations across Australia. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and empowering our team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the Retail Sales Team: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Drive Sales and Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert: Obtain BRA-FIT certification to provide expert fitting guidance and personalized service to our customers.
  • Represent Bendon's Values and Vision: Embody our company values and vision, promoting a culture of empowerment and inclusivity that makes all women feel confident and comfortable.
  • Focus on Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including loss prevention, stock management, and KPI achievement.
  • Partner with Regional Manager: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement store, region, and company-wide initiatives that drive business growth and success.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising: Develop and maintain visually appealing store displays that meet Bendon's standards and guidelines.
  • Empower Team Members: Provide opportunities for team members to develop their skills and knowledge through training initiatives and growth programs.
  • Analysis Sales Data: Use data analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships, motivate teams, and drive results.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Retail Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPIs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.
