Job Overview:

As a Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our waste treatment plant to ensure it is operating according to licence conditions and meeting our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the waste water treatment plant to ensure efficient and effective treatment of waste water
  • Monitor and control the irrigation process to ensure it is operating according to plan
  • Perform quality checks and undertake routine maintenance tasks as required
  • Collaborate with the site services team to achieve our operational goals and objectives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with waste water treatment plants and/or irrigation systems
  • Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
  • Good level of mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
