About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Rostering System Administrator to join our team at The Royal Women's Hospital. As a key member of our Payroll Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Optima Rostering System.

Your primary focus will be on integrating the system with payroll processes, maintaining accurate workforce schedules, and adhering to labour laws and organizational policies.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all rostering information is correctly reflected in payroll calculations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee scheduling data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Optima Rostering System.
  • Ensure seamless integration with payroll systems.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on the use of the Optima system.
