Community Engagement and Land Access Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional to join our team as a Community Engagement and Land Access Specialist.
This role focuses on community outreach, stakeholder relations, and land access coordination. The ideal candidate will manage external consultants, issue project legal documents, liaise with stakeholders, and verify project works for potential environmental, property, and planning impact.
The successful candidate will also engage with clients, develop and maintain records, and work collaboratively within the team and equivalent client teams.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong stakeholder communication skills, proficiency in business software, databases, project management systems, and Microsoft Office. A background in Project/Construction/Environmental disciplines is preferred, along with experience with Telecommunications/Construction Access Compliance Procedures/Planning procedures.
You will be able to work autonomously, take initiative in task management, and have excellent liaison, communication, and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage external consultants and coordinate land access activities
- Issue project legal documents and verify project works
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective communication
- Develop and maintain records of client interactions and project progress
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Environmental Science, Construction Management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. Project Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
