Job Role: Casual Assistant
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on footwear?
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a casual sales assistant. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, helping customers find their perfect fit and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Product Knowledge: Develop expertise on our extensive range of footwear brands, including Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, and ON Running
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals and provide support where needed
- Inventory Management: Assist in processing and managing stock, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of online orders
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, supporting housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
