Synopsis
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling deal negotiations for the Asia-Pacific data and digital media practice. As a member of the APAC legal team, you will collaborate with functional counterparts to manage issues related to data, privacy, and other matters. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong legal background, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements to support sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to negotiate commercial terms to align with company policies and objectives as well as mitigate potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
  • Collaborate with functional counterparts to manage issues related to data, privacy, and other matters.
