The role would suit a senior SAP FICO consultant with exposure to and experience in BPC and REFX, highly valued skills. This client-side project involves providing predominantly support-based services, enhancing existing systems, and handling tickets.

A permanent opening exists, with salary negotiable based on experience. The successful candidate must be based in Brisbane and not require FIFO or interstate/remote work arrangements.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Accounting (FI)
  • Considerable experience in SAP ECC FICO, including a minimum of 3 End-to-End Implementations in a Financial lead capacity (lead experience essential)
  • Minimum of 2 Rollout and Support projects within SAP FICO
  • Strong SAP FI configuration skills - must have experience writing functional specifications for complex developments
  • SAP CO working knowledge desirable
  • Strong knowledge of integration and interfaces to deal with legacy systems
  • Experience with data migration and working on LMSW
  • Must have worked on SAP support projects and be familiar with support mode - CSF, KRA, or KPI
  • Experience in Treasury and Risk Management along with Liquidity Management
  • Certification highly desirable
  • Proven expertise in Finance accounting, accounts payable/receivable, asset, cost element & centre accounting
  • SAP BPC experience highly desirable
  • Experience in REFX preferred
  • Fed Gov domain experience nice to have
Responsibilities
  • Resolving issues within the specified time limit as outlined in SLAs
  • Interacting with users on a day-to-day basis for timely closure of tickets
  • Assisting users in Period-end activities
  • Preparing functional specifications and interacting with Abapers to develop them
  • Attending and conducting Weekly Meetings with the Client
  • Proactively discussing critical issues with other Functional consultants

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
