About the Role- You will provide person-centred care, companionship, and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home.
- Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mealtime support.
- You will also assist with medication management and simple wound dressings, as well as supporting residents in recreational and social activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to adapt to the needs of our residents.
Requirements- A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent qualification) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in aged or community care is essential, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
