Event Planner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, ensuring efficient use of services and space.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event planning, preferably in a 5-star venue, and possess a people-centric mindset. They will be confident, affable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Event Planner will work closely with operational teams to identify client needs and communicate these effectively. They will also manage repeat business, maintain precise event files, and represent the Centre at events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Coordinate Events: Ensure efficient use of services and space.
  • Client Needs Identification: Identify client needs and communicate these to operational teams.
  • Repeat Business Management: Manage repeat business and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Event File Maintenance: Maintain precise and up-to-date event files.
  • Representative Duties: Represent the Centre at events and chair relevant meetings.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Event Planning: Extensive experience in event planning, preferably in a 5-star venue.
  • Affable Demeanor: Affable and confident demeanor.
  • Team Player: Team player with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of food and beverage operations, social customs, and audio-visual terminology.
