Assembly Technician

This is a skilled trade position, which plays a crucial role in the assembly of complex systems. The Assembly Technician will work closely with the production team to ensure that all components are properly installed and functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow detailed specifications and instructions to accurately assemble components on the production line.
  • Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives by carrying out lean production activities.
  • Record and report faults to relevant areas of production, and perform work quality checks to ensure product meets quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in similar or related roles.
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as certified accreditation on Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Experience with office management software e.g. MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
