Production Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will play an essential role in helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will assist with the production process by preparing moulds for concrete pouring.
  • This will involve cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants to the moulds using a machine for assistance.
  • You will also be responsible for installing shoulders, making concrete cylinders, performing slump tests, and installing fittings on sleepers.
  • In addition, you will contribute to quality assurance and control processes.

Requirements:

  • Reasonable level of physical fitness is required for this role.
  • Initiative working as part of a team and independently is essential.
  • A forklift license is desirable but not mandatory.
