Graduate Sustainability Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Sustainability Professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that focus on sustainable design and the built environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the analysis, reporting, modelling, and documentation of sustainable design projects. You will also be responsible for performing sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation (such as energy and daylight modelling), managing green building certification, developing strategies for water conservation, driving the reduction in upfront emissions, transportation, undertaking energy audits, and other related duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start a career in sustainable design and the built environment. You will work closely with experienced staff across multiple offices to develop your knowledge and skills.

The Skills You'll Bring
  • You will be educated to degree level in Engineering, the Built Environment or a related area, and have gained exposure (in an academic or professional setting) to some of the skills relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
  • You will ideally have some knowledge of ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC etc, and have a passion for creative and intuitive design.
  • Experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo) are viewed positively but are not essential.
