We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to develop effective and engaging learning solutions that support employees through change. As part of our ongoing transformation, this role will play a key part in driving business outcomes through the creation of high-quality training materials.

About the Role
  • This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time opportunity to join our supportive team.

In this position, you will work closely with subject matter experts and project teams to create a wide range of learning resources that support our national transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials and knowledge assessments aligned with project goals and curriculum plans.
  • Create new programs, resources, and digital content; continuously improve and update existing materials.
  • Support the delivery of a 'train the trainer' program and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to change engagement activities to ensure a smooth learning experience for all employees.
  • Present training content and concepts to stakeholders across multiple levels of the business.
Key Requirements
  • Experience designing digital learning programs, with proficiency in tools like Articulate360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to various audiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
