**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide administrative support and hit the ground running.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to our business
- Process invoices, enter stock, pick/pack orders when needed
- Offer excellent customer service and answer phones
- Complete daily data entry and utilize word and excel
**Essential Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or equivalent degree
- Minimum 1 year work experience in an administrative role
- Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Intermediate understanding of word, excel, O365 and Windows10
- Ability to speak English and Chinese (Mandarin) highly regarded
