Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects that require substantial process, system, and cultural change, resulting in improved business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in managing complex projects, with previous experience in whole-of-business transformation projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, documenting, and successfully completing complex projects, selecting methods and tools, ensuring effective project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget, managing stakeholder expectations, and agreeing project approaches with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of project frameworks and processes, with demonstrated ability to apply structured project management methodology throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, PMBoK, Prince 2 or significant experience deemed equivalent
  • Current Queensland Open driver's licence
