Senior Engineering Leadership Position

This technical leadership role involves shaping innovative solutions across advanced ICT and cyber systems.

The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on system architecture, lead cyber security operations, and oversee Test & Evaluation activities.

  • Provide design and technical architecture guidance for complex ICT systems.
  • Lead and manage cyber security operations and Test & Evaluation functions.
  • Mentor junior technical personnel in DevSecOps, virtualization, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Investigate and provide advice on technical and security incidents.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure secure, high-quality system releases.

Required skills include:

  • Degree in Engineering (Software Engineering preferred), Computer Science, or IT.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD/DevSecOps practices.
  • Proficiency in network engineering, software-defined networking, and cyber security practices.
  • Test and Evaluation management experience.
  • Australian citizenship is required.
