About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team at Goodstart Early Learning Muswellbrook. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
