• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant experience in large-scale cooking with potential Visa sponsorship
• Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Prior experience in high-volume catering, including meal preparation, cooking, and presentation for various service times
• Commitment to HACCP standards and safe work practices
