About the RoleAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess patient needs, set priorities, and initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
- Assess patient conditions, developing effective treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
- Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
