Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineering Manager to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering strategies and processes to ensure delivery of high-quality testing services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their quality engineering needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality testing services.
  • Ensure compliance with quality engineering standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 17+ years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on test delivery management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing services to clients.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team of quality engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
