Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the review and assessment of superannuation claims to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Investigate and gather relevant evidence and documentation to support claim decisions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to guide them through the claims process and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and communications in the claims management system
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and enhance the claims processing procedures

Requirements for the role include relevant qualifications in finance or law, proven experience as a Superannuation Claims Specialist, strong knowledge of superannuation legislation and claims processing procedures, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
