Role Summary

A unique opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and contribute to meaningful projects in the Cell Therapy group. As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will drive the development of robust mechanical solutions and mentor engineers to ensure design quality.


About the Role

Lead a medium-sized team to deliver complex mechanical projects on time and to client satisfaction. Drive design transfer and manufacturing establishment for medium- to high-volume products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver complex mechanical projects.
  • Drive the development of robust mechanical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to ensure design quality and manufacturability.
  • Oversee design-for-manufacture, assembly, and configuration management during transfer-to-manufacture activities.

Qualifications & Experience

An accredited qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Master's or PhD highly regarded). 8+ years of relevant industrial experience in product development. Direct experience in cell therapy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related regulated environments.
