Perth Horizontal Directional Drilling Supervisor

This is a permanent position for an experienced Horizontal Directional Drilling Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in the same role, preferably on Perth-based projects.
About the Role- Ensure timely delivery of projects, as per schedule and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site crew and activities to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Develop and establish project schedules.
- Drive team performance and be the focal point for technical inquiries.
- Optimize resource utilization onsite.
- Promote a positive and safe work culture.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Forecast project works and resource requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams onsite and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years' experience as a Horizontal Directional Drilling Supervisor.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement project schedules.
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards and procedures.
