Performance Mine Mechanical is a Western Australian owned company operating Nationwide in Australia. The company was established in 2007 by Director Simon Pattison.

The main aim for Performance Mine Mechanical is to provide quality, skilled and safety orientated labourers and staff to the mining industry.

We have several contracts across Australia with varied rosters to suit individual needs

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret engineering blueprints
  • Construct base templates if necessary
  • Measure and mark out cutting and bending lines
  • Set up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears
  • Double-check design specifications before commencing with cutting work
  • Fabricate and construct metal components
  • Grind and finish completed products
  • Perform quality checks on completed products
  • Conform with state and company safety regulations
  • Complete job reports

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Metal Fabricator
  • Strong maths skills
  • Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts

Benefits:

  • $90,000 - $105,000 per year
