Job Summary

This is an ongoing vacancy with multiple positions. The occupant will have demonstrated management and leadership skills, lead and supervise a service-oriented team, knowledge of the ICT environment, and parliamentary procedure.

About the Role

The role coordinates and delivers services supporting the Serjeant-at-Arms' Office. Duties require coordination with other team members and include Chamber support, security, Messengerial Services, accommodation, building maintenance, filming and photography, stationery and office equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver services in support of the Serjeant-at-Arms' Office
  • Lead and supervise a service-oriented team
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the department's ICT environment and parliamentary procedure
Eligibility

The occupant must obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 2 Security Clearance.
