We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant in Nursing.
This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to quality initiatives that drive exceptional patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting patients with daily care and mobility needs
- Assisting nurses in procedures and clinical tasks
- Communicating effectively with patients, carers, and teams
- Maintaining accurate records and safe care standards
- Participating in quality improvement and safety initiatives
Requirements:
- Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree (second year)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems
- Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication with the multidisciplinary health care team
