Hudson is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Advisor to join their team in Canberra. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive workplace relations, performance management, and international deployments.

About the Opportunity

As a key member of the team, you will provide expert guidance on complex industrial and workplace policy matters, support the development of performance, employment strategies, and rewards/recognition programs, and manage workplace relations and performance case management for employees and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on employee relations and deployment matters.
  • Develop and implement performance, employment strategies, and rewards/recognition programs.
  • Manage workplace relations and performance case management for employees and supervisors.
  • Oversee reporting and management of SES workplace terms and conditions.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of employment policies.
  • Deliver logistical and organisational support for international deployments, including family assistance.
  • Advise stakeholders on international policy and deployment-related matters.
  • Coordinate visits and engagements with international partners.
  • Prepare detailed reports on international deployments, highlighting outcomes and insights.
  • Review and maintain internal policies, procedures, and guidelines with an international focus.
  • Contribute to various HR initiatives across the branch.
