Job Coach Role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Job Coaches. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering clients to build better working lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop strategies to achieve them. You will also provide support and guidance throughout the job-seeking process, including resume building, interview preparation, and job placement.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be passionate about helping others and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
