Responsibilities:

- Guide new customers through account setup, platform features, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing training resources and support if required.
- New Business Acquisition & Growth Targets
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets for new business sign-ups and revenue generation.
- Rates Management & Platform Competitiveness
- Continuously review, source, and update freight rates on the platform.
- Negotiate rates to ensure competitiveness for Truckit's customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- At least 3 years' domestic Freight/logistics knowledge.
- Strong ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and pricing.
