Childcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Professional to join our team at Hamilton Island.

Job Description

As a Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting engaging programs that cater to the interests of children.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assisting with daily tasks and guest inquiries while maintaining our centre's policies.
  • Creating opportunities for learning and development through play-based activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Have a Certificate III or IV in an area applicable to childcare (preferred).
  • Bring a minimum of 1 year experience in a childcare setting.
