About This Opportunity

This role involves leading the planning, design, and implementation of capital projects across various disciplines. A high level of technical expertise is required to manage complex projects while balancing stakeholder engagement, budget control, risk management, and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and execution, as well as senior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplines. Australian standards and regulatory compliance knowledge and experience are also highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple stakeholders to deliver the capital and technical agenda of allocated projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Mondelēz standards in business and innovation processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5+ years' experience working in FMCG, preferably food and beverage industries.
  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management and/or engineering disciplines.
