About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Voice pickers and RF scanner pick packers to join one of Australia and New Zealand's largest retail warehouses based in Erskine Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing products using Voice picking technology and RF scanners
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and productivity
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Ensuring all products are accurately labeled and sorted
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Voice picking or RF scanning
  • Experience in picking, packing, labeling, and sorting products
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, 38 hours minimum per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg
  • Reliability and punctuality to all rostered shifts
