We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Assistant Director Case Management in our Early Assessment Team. As an AD Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and representing the organization in various forums.
This is a full-time position offering 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, providing a healthy work-life balance and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the workflow of case management support functions to ensure statutory timeframes and measures are met.
- Manage AAT Applications received by the Agency, including allocation to case management teams and legal teams.
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects and policy development processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, business cases, meeting submissions, and correspondence.
We are looking for individuals with previous experience in AAT Case Management, preferably in a Government Agency or Department. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
Candidates should possess exceptional ability to lead and contribute to strategic projects and policy development processes.
