Regional Assets Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Regional Building Manager to oversee the delivery of Responsive, Planned, and Project Works under a key contract for their assigned region.
This role involves managing complex assets, providing expert advice, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and construction management, with experience delivering contracts using Service Delivery Partners (SDPs).
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee Responsive, Planned, and Project Works under the SA Housing Authority Contract.
- Provide expert advice on complex asset management and service delivery.
- Analyze operational trend data to identify potential shortfalls before they impact contract KPIs.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to review operational trend data and identify potential issues proactively.
They should also have experience working in building and construction management, with a focus on delivering contracts where SDPs are used.
