Leadership Opportunity for a Director of Nursing

  • Monitor and manage patient feedback, addressing clinical complaints with professionalism and empathy.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife (AHPRA).
  • Significant experience in women's health, with ongoing professional development in the field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing nursing teams within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
