The successful candidate will have a strong background in building and construction, along with relevant training and assessment qualifications. You should be passionate about education, capable of delivering high-quality learning experiences, and committed to maintaining industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and deliver course modules to students in an engaging and structured manner.
  • Assess student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training and assessment standards.
  • Support and mentor students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Maintain accurate student records and adhere to RTO compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
  • Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction (e.g., CPC50120/50220 - Diploma in Building and Construction).
  • Industry experience in the building and construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
