Electrical Apprenticeship Opportunity

Embark on a rewarding electrical apprenticeship journey in Melbourne's growing renewables sector.

As an electrical apprentice, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding plans and specifications for installation
  • Installing solar panels and conducting cable installations
  • Installing compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, air filters, switches, gauges, copper lines for steam, gas, refrigerant, fuel, oil, chilled water and compressed air
  • Testing, installing and filling systems for leaks using gas or fluid
  • Repairing and replacing faulty components of industrial and household refrigerators and air conditioning units

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
  • Cert II in Electrotechnology (Pre-Apprenticeship) preferred
  • A positive approach to workplace safety
