We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic individual to assume a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of young children.

About the Position

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating engaging learning environments, developing curriculum plans, and providing exceptional care and support to our students. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital part in fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities;
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training programs that promote staff growth and development;
  • Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences;
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and community engagement;
Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma Qualification in Children's Services or be working towards it;
  • Have a deep understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
  • Possess proven teaching experience within an early childhood setting, specifically working with children aged 0-5 years;
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance; and First Aid certificate;
