We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech pathology services to our clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload and provide timely therapeutic services to clients
- Deliver speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the local community
- Conduct clinical observations and assessments to formulate treatment goals
- Provide evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians to support their professional development
- Maintain awareness of NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
