Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Home and Financial Services Account Executive to join our team at Intrax. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with volume housing builders, ensuring their financial accounts are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on workflow performance and project status for senior management.
  • Deliver on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities.
  • Develop, implement and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectations.
  • Billing queries, scheduling, pricing queries and ensure high customer engagement and service meeting client expectations at all times.
  • Manage and maintain accounts for volume housing builder clients.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as someone who is personally credible and is able to provide a presence that is often described as engaging and charismatic which has seen you become a trusted adviser.
  • Ability to work with CRM's to optimise processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of Residential Volume Housing market will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of the residential design and builders' construction process.
